Tonya Hayward-Demme is a Washington native.  She has worked in the insurance and investment industry for over 30 years. She opened Hayward Financial Services, Inc., in 1981.

Tonya and her husband, Bo Demme, and daughter, Sadie, enjoy time at their cabin with their puppy Shyah.  Tonya is very active with Sadie’s school and currently heading up her upcoming Lake Washington High School class reunion.

Lena Bonasera joined Hayward Financial Services, Inc., June 1999. Lena obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration at UW in 1996. She is a Licensed Agent for Life and Health insurance (1996) and has worked in the insurance industry for over 12 years.

Lena is your primary contact for all medical, dental and vision plans. Lena manages the Insurance Department and works closely with Tonya on processing medical, life, disability and long term care insurance quotes and applications. If you have insurance questions or needs, ask for Lena.

Lena is the proud mother of identical twin girls, Jaeda & Tristyn, born April 2007. She and her husband, Colin, enjoy taking the girls camping, fishing, and out to either play or watch hockey.

Caprice Andrews joined Hayward Financial Services, Inc., May 2005. Caprice served four years in the US Marine Corps and has worked as an executive/legal assistant for the past 25 years and in 2005 obtained a Paralegal Degree at Edmonds Community College focusing on estate planning and probate.

Caprice serves as Tonya’s assistant and as an assistant to the clients of Hayward Financial Services.

Caprice enjoys reading, dog showing, puzzles and going wine tasting with her husband. She is very proud of her daughter, who is a Corporal in the USMC 3rd MAW Band, stationed at Miramar.

Sara Friedman joined Hayward Financial Services, Inc., November 2010. With several years experience in the administrative field, Sara works closely with the staff at Hayward Financial Services to assist in various companywide operations.
